You love sweet pastries and coffee, and you show this to our customers when advising them and selling cupcakes. You’re also a team player and have previous sales experience. Your initiative and positive attitude at work set you apart.
We’re offering you an excellent hourly-paid role right in the heart of Basel.
Your tasks:
- Sales and personalized advice for our customers
- Barista Duties and Customer Service in Our Café
- Data Management in the Enterprise System
- Various cleaning tasks
- Cupcake Decorating
Your profile:
- Excellent command of spoken and written German, and good command of spoken English
- Professional experience in sales or customer service
- A positive and wonderful attitude at work; a cheerful and happy personality
- You have good manners and an appreciation for high-quality products
- You are available to work with all of our teams (hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and are looking for a long-term position (not a summer job).
Our facility is open during the day, Monday through Saturday. We are looking for flexible individuals who can work multiple shifts, such as to cover for colleagues who are on leave.
